information received.
• Telephone membership enquiry with recording of call and full report.
• In person Mystery Shopper visit with full report and review of
information given.
• Follow up process Mystery Shopper with full report.
We have set templates for the above, but can adapt these to match your sales processes, corporate standards and expectations.
We will provide reports for each site plus consolidation reports for clusters of sites and groups.
